There's no printing on the inside.

Condition: Good, I'd say. The outside of the match book is clean and bright, while the inside shows some discoloration from the matches. It doesn't appear that the matches were ever used on the striker strip, but they were obviously removed from the match book at some point. (Please see scans.)
