SERIES: Miscellany - Unnumbered (aka: General Subjects, General Interest, Artistic, etc.)
This is one of 100 miscellaneous unnumbered cards advertising the "Ariosa" brand of coffee that Arbuckles' issued in the late 1880s. This card shows a sprig of two-tone pink flowers (geraniums?) lying on the ground, with stems pointing to the left.
The back shows the Arbuckles' factory buildings, dock, railroad cars, and a ship.
SIZE: 3" x 5"
DATE: Undated (but probably 1888 or 1889)
LITHOGRAPHER: Geo. S. Harris & Sons
CONDITION: Just fair, I'd say. This card still has bright colors, but the front has multiple patches of surface paper loss, while has a modest amount of glue residue and staining. There's also a large diagonal crease across the upper right corner. (Please see scans.)
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
