Humorous color (probably tinted) photographic postcard showing a mama pig and her piglets at feeding time, but claiming to show "A Kansas Lunch Counter". It was published by the Elite Post Card Co., Kansas City, Mo., and made in Germany.
The card is postmarked from St. Louis, Mo., on October 19, 1910. It's addressed to a Miss E. Mueller in Chesterfield, Missouri, from a George Theis. (Notice that neither sender nor recipient was a Kansan!!)
Size: approx. 3½" x 5¼"
Date: Postmarked 1910 but the card itself has no copyright date.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. It's obviously postally used with lightly bumped corners. There are also small spots of paper loss at the corners (see scan).
MULTIPLE ITEM SHIPPING DISCOUNT: I will ship up to 4 cards for the single base shipping charge shown. For purchases of more than 4 cards, the shipping charge will increase by just a small increment for every 4 additional cards.
