Here's a nice cacheted cover for the U.S. Navy ship USS Ruchamkin. As far as I know, it doesn't commemorate any specific event.
Postmarked: HC - USS RUCHAMKIN (APD-89) - November 27, 1967 (Also has a Norfolk, Virginia, MC on the same date.)
Cachet: Small purple rubber-stamped design featuring a global view of the northern hemisphere and text reading: "AMPHIBIOUS FORCE / THE FOUR OCEAN CHALLENGE / U.S. ATLANTIC FLEET"
Condition: Clean and neatly label addressed, with a very small crease across the lower right corner.
