Description: Here's a very nice standard-size matchbook cover advertising the Kapok Tree Restaurant, which at the time had locations in Clearwater, Ft. Lauderdale, and Madeira Beach, Florida.
The inside provides the addresses and phone numbers of each location, as well as a short narrative reading:

Date: Not dated, but probably from the 1980s (although it could be slightly earlier)
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The matchbook is quite clean and I don't think the striker strip has been used, though it does appear slightly mottled. (Please see scans.)
