Description: DUO-FAST Pocket Stapler
Here's an interesting vintage pocket stapler designed to look like a fountain pen. The brand name on the clip is "DUO FAST", but I don't see a model number anywhere. The tool apparently uses the tiny No. 154 size staples, but is empty.
I believe this dates to the 1950s or 1960s, but I don't know that for sure.
Size: approx. 5.5" long
Condition: Very good, I'd say. It's obviously been used but the internal springs are still quite strong. The stapling mechanism and loading slide seem to work just fine, although I don't have any of the necessary staples to actually test it. The metal collar at the center where the cap slides onto the body is somewhat scratched from use.
