Description: Here's an interesting piece of ephemera from Nice, France, on the French Riviera. It's an advertising or business card for a bar and restaurant called Au Chardon de Lorraine.
It's not explicitly dated, but it must be from about 1945 or so, in that it was originally acquired by an American soldier just after the end of World War II.
Size: approx. 2.875" x 4.375"
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The piece is lightly soiled and has a small, sharp crease across the lower left corner.
