Description: Here's a nice folded brochure touting the virtues of the San Moritz Condominiums in Crested Butte, Colorado. It is focused on ski vacations and includes several small photos of the lodge and activities that visitors could enjoy there. Also included is a separate card with the 1986-87 winter rates on one side and drawings of the various room layouts on the other.

Date: The brochure itself doesn't seem to be dated, but the rate card is for the 1986-87 winter season.
Condition: Very good, I'd say, with just some mild thumb bends. There are no tears or extraneous markings. (Please see scans.)
