Description: Here's a very nice folding brochure advertising Canyon View Cottage and the Cedar Breaks Condos, both located in and near Moab, Utah. The brochure includes descriptions of the accommodations, including daily rates, as well as the sights and activities available in the surrounding area. Much of the brochure is devoted to glowing comments from previous guests.
Size: approx. 9" x 4" (closed), opening to approx. 9" x 8"
Date: Not explicitly dated, but was mailed and postmarked in March, 1987.
Condition: Very good, I'd say. The brochure is clean and fresh, with no creases or tears, but the back panel has a slightly darkened patch once occupied by a mailing label. (Please see scans.)
