Description: Here's a nice fold-out brochure advertising Cathy's Fancy Beach Condominiums, located on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It includes numerous photos of the property and descriptions of the amenities and accommodations. It also includes a brief description of St. Croix and its typical weather.
Also included is a sheet showing the layout of each of Cathy's Fancy's 21 apartments, ranging from efficiency up to 3-bedroom.

Date: Doesn't seem to be dated but must be from the mid-1980s.
Condition: Very good, I'd say, The brochure is clean and fresh, with just an occasional mild thumb bend. There are no tears and no extraneous markings. (Please see photos.)
