Cachet: Red, White and Blue JACQUES MINKUS WORLD WAR II PATRIOTIC design featuring a stylized human torso carrying a quote from Thomas Jefferson and the Declaration of Independence: "LIFE, LIBERTY AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS".
Condition: Neat and clean, with an unaddressed appearance (but I'm pretty sure it once had a light pencil address that's been erased). The back flap is sealed at its point.
