Description: Here's a nice folded brochure for Jill's Equestrian Stable, located on the island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. It describes the highlights of a horseback riding experience on St. Croix, the requirements for riders, the daily schedule, pricing, and reservation information.

Date: Not explicitly dated, but "1985" is written in the upper right corner of the front panel.
Condition: Good, I'd say, The brochure is generally clean and fresh, but was once folded in half horizontally and has a number of other mild creases and wrinkles. There are no tears but, as noted above, the year "1985" is marked in ink in one corner. (Please see scans.)
